This first pregnancy stage is called the first trimester, and along with this you will be going through two more trimesters as well. Each one that will be difficult to get through, and each will present different problems for you.

Getting a good understanding about the changes your body will make and the issues you will face will be very important in helping you to come to certain solutions and to make the entire process as easy as possible for you.

Of course, one of the more serious problems that any woman suffers from during pregnancy will be that of morning sickness. You will have a few options when looking to prevent this from being too much of an issue, one of which is through making sure that you eat regular small meals and not large ones. It is also a good idea to keep crackers close to your bed so that these can be eaten immediately when you wake up in the morning.

Another serious problem that many women will encounter and that they are completely not used to will be that of fatigue. This is particularly problematic for those who are generally quite busy and have a lot of energy and suddenly having this fatigue kick in can be a problem. You therefore need to make sure that you get plenty of rest every single day and go to bed early enough so that you sleep for longer.

Exercise is another important thing that you need to consider. If you are someone who already exercises on a regular basis then this is something that you can happily continue throughout the first stage of your pregnancy. However, if you are not someone who does exercise regularly then you should probably not consider the idea of starting up a program now.

You also need to figure out how you will tell your friends and your family. This is down to personal preference entirely but if you begin to show more early then the decision may well be taken out of your hands.
